About the Speaker:
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chander Mohan Gupta is an accomplished expert in taxation law, currently teaching at Shoolini University, India. He is an alumnus of Himachal Pradesh University, with extensive professional experience in both legal practice and academia spanning over two decades. His research specializes in cross-border taxation, double tax treaties, accounting law, and forensic accounting relating to financial crimes. Dr. Gupta has authored numerous scholarly publications in Scopus-indexed journals and regularly presents his findings at national and international conferences. He currently holds four copyrights and is actively researching forensic accounting and financial crimes.
